Built-in shower mixer with diverter. Requires the built-in part to be installed during the masonry stage. Coupling advice: shower arm with showerhead and hand shower. You can make the water will flow either through the showerhead or through the hand shower moving the diverter knob. When tap is closed the diverter will automatically get back to the showerhead position (you can manually block it by rotating the knob).
